Module Units

To guarantee the general management education all MBA students pass five “General Management” module units.
In these units they are trained to acquire international, general management skills and to develop a broad economic thinking. Combined with deep practical relevance, the modules units support them to develop analytical and strategic competences as well as soft skills for later leadership positions.

For the expert building for international business activities—students either choose the specialization “Asia” or “Central and Eastern Europe”. Due to their selected focus they pass three additional “Expert” module units. The special teaching contents enable the students to develop a deep knowledge of internationalism and intercultural competences.
A special language training in Mandarin/Russian or German completes the formation.

Additionally, students can choose a variety of special MBA electives. They can also enroll to the whole elective’s offer within the department of business administration. Of course, the electives are voluntary lessons and are not taken into account for the grading.
