The activities during the outdoor training represent a way to break down cultural boundaries and focus on a team’s strengths and weaknesses. Special workshops and projects, combined with later analysis and reflection, provide a deep plunge into the matter of social competences. The team training is included into the module unit 3 “Intercultural Management”. The contents of this week also build a part of the exam belonging to this module in the end of the first semester.
